If you have ever taken a cave tour, the Guide usually, at some point in time, extinguishes all lanterns and flashlights to demonstrate just how dark it is deep into a cave. We are typically not use to this level of darkness because our world has so much ambient light. The darkness is so thick, one cannot see their own hand an inch in front of their face.
Likewise, spiritually, we do not think about how dark sin and this world is until we are able to see the Light of Jesus!
Jesus says in John 8:12 I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
To Jesus, there is a direct connection between Light and Life and transversely Darkness and death.
On April 12, 2025, join us for the third session at 1:00 pm where we will examine Jesus and the Light of the World..
